technology and the rapid decline in the cost, LED lamps quickly turned from
auxiliary lighting in the lighting project to indoor commercial lighting and
home lighting, but LED lamps want to be widely accepted and enter millions of
households, it will be difficult to avoid the price competition for the LED
light. The vicious price competition makes that the quality of a lot of the
present LED lighting products are diluted and ignored again.
At present, many enterprises expand product
shipments and "Optimize - re-optimize" the design of the product in
order to be able to occupy the pre-market, regardless of the basic
reliability requirements of the LED products, there is no bottom line to be
cutting corners. " Not the most expensive, only cheaper ", at the

Since the problem is here, should not be
lower costs of the LED lamps? It certainly is not desirable. Any of a consumer
product that want to be long-term, stable development, it is necessary to
reduce cost, but also inevitable. LED lamps 're gonna be a real
energy-saving products, do not just saving money without sections, which loses
its existence and development value. However, what s must be rational is that LED
lamp reduces costs, it needs to comply with the law of development of things,
we can not allow the development of LED lamps and cost control to interpret China 's second
great leap forward.
Many people have a misunderstanding that
the traditional fluorescent is energy-saving lamps, LED lamps are also
energy-saving lamps, LED lamps must be the same as the traditional
energy-saving lamps. This idea is unreasonable, we should compare their prices
and cognate their value from the entire life cycle of the two products. With the
continuous improvement and increased prices of the LED packaging technology,
drive technology, cooling technology and other aspects ,the price have been very
significant decline, but from the overall the product composition point of
view, what can not be done is that the price of the LED lamp is the same as of
the traditional energy-saving lamps,which is not necessary. Take the traditional fluorescent replacing incandescent
lamp for example, the fluorescent lamp is definitely more advanced than
incandescent lighting source, which has a higher luminous flux, longer life,
better lighting effect, and the price of fluorescent can’t be sold as the same
as the incandescent, which is several times higher than the price of
incandescent lamps, fluorescent lamps are widely accepted, however, LED lamps
as a new generation of light is more advanced than fluorescent light sources,
but also should follow the law of development.
For the LED lighting, The costs of products should not
only be reduced,but ensure
quality, then what extent is reasonable costs we should reduce ? What is the price
consumers can widely accept? Which requires businesses and consumers together
to thought and effort, enterprise and consumer needs to be aware of thoughts,
consumers must also be more rationally, more objectively select products, which
will give companies more accurate feedback, enterprises according to those consumption
feedback re-adjust the product, developing the cost-effective product that is more
