Europe will lead the LED world market,Europe  accounting for 33.1% share of  the global LED lighting market in 2012 is the largest market. TMR put this growth is attributed to strong government measures, such as the ban on incandescent in several countries,including Britain, Germany, Denmark and Russia are in the forefront of Europe, there is a strong focus on the deployment of efficient lighting in order to improve the quality and lower overall operating costs.
TMR said that the commercial application had been the largest LED lighting end-users in 2012, accounting for 52.5% of the entire market. TMR is expected that commercial high power LED flood light and other LED lighting application will maintain its leading position throughout the forecast period due to the application of new business applications in the Asia Pacific and Middle East region. The construction industry is the second largest application areas, which is expected to continue to grow. For the construction application,Japan and Europe is the fastest growing region. LED street lights and LED tunnel lights save more than 400 million electricity a year for Guangzhou-Shenzhen Highway

By the introduction of energy-saving LED street lights and LED tunnel lights on the GS highway (Guangzhou-Shenzhen Highway) last year, the monthly savings is nearly 40 million kWh of electricity,it is expected to save over 400 million electricity annually.

The total length of Guangzhou-Shenzhen Highway is 122.8 km, across Guangzhou, Dongguan and Shenzhen, 6,280 LED road lights including LED street lights and LED tunnel lights have been installed, implementing street lighting across the board, which is the first and longest highway retrofitted with LED lights in China, is also the first road reconstruction project using 10 Energy management mode and the first highway which full use of LED intelligent control system.
Before being transformed,The highway had used  the traditional magnetic ballast 250W high pressure sodium lamp,the average lighting time was 11 hours or so per day, the annual electricity consumption was about 8 million degrees. Along with we increasingly focus on environmentally conscious, the huge electricity consumption problems caused by street lighting have become increasingly prominent.
GS electromechanical department said that the street lights on highway had been replaced with 100W energy-saving LED street lamps and LED tunnel lights, while using remote intelligent monitoring system. With respect to the sodium lighting systems,the average illuminance of LED street lighting had improve by more than doubled, while the saving rate is over 60%.
The travelers who are used to driving on Guangzhou and Shenzhen Highway , “said former lights are dim, since the GS highway adopted the LED street lights and LED tunnel lights, we have felt brighter, we feel better than before when driving at night, even more comfortable.”

How to manufacture LED tube on the first five steps

LED tube T8 and T5 enjoy a great popularity in supermarkets, schools, offices, subway, etc in daily life, LED lamp lighting can be applied in common public places. Then how to manufacture LED light is the key to LED lighting manufacturers.

Methods / steps
1.Clean the aluminum pipe of LED tube T8 and T5
(1) Check whether the Aluminum tubes pipe are strained and flattened or not
(2) use the alcohol to wipe where Aluminum pipe paste double-sided adhesive,dry alcohol.
(3) after completed, gently push in the next station.

2.paste the panel of LED tube T8 and T5
(1)Check whether the place where the double-sided adhesive pasted is clean or not
(2)paste double sided tape on aluminum planes, make sure the beginning and end of the double sided tape is flush he plastic pipe, tightening double sided adhesive while pasting, avoid air bubbles below double sided tape, cutting double-sided tape along with the cross-section of two ends of the aluminum tube.
(3)Remove the compartment paper of double-sided adhesive, watching whether there is a bubble while tearing,then squeezed out of the gas at the edge of the barrier paper
(4) after completed, and gently push to the next station.
(5) Check whether the double-sided adhesive is pasted crooked or there is bubbles,
(6) tear one side of double-sided adhesive,
(7) slowly tighten the aluminum plate of tubes a (gap 2mm) affixed with double-sided adhesive
Past the aluminum plate wile pressing the edge of aluminum plate by hand, the whole aluminum plate must not be posted.
(8) After the self-test is OK, gently push the product to the next station.

3. Replace the power supply of LED tube T8 and T5:
(1) Check whether aluminum plate is pasted crooked and snapped or not
(2) Put the power supply into the aluminum tube from one side of aluminum panel printed with “LED +” “LED-”,the white line put into one end of aluminum tube,the longer white line insert the other end of the aluminum tube, then put the power supply into the aluminum tubes.
(3) gently push to the next

4.weld red DC wire and black DC line of LED tube T8 and T5:
(1) Check whether the direction is consistent or the power is pressing the lines
(2) solder black wire with the red line (ie “LED +” position) (ie “LED-” position)

(3)after completed, push to the next station.

5.Solder lamp holder and PCB board of LED tube T8 and T5:
1 Check whether there is weld anti, cusp, false welding or not for the red and black wire,
2 solder the wire joints in the middle of the PCB (shown at left)
