How to maximize the efficiency of LED light

As we all know, the traditional incandescent lamp has such defects as high energy consumption, low efficiency. Based on energy conservation and environmental considerations, North America, Europe, Japan and Taiwan are gradually plan to stop the sale of incandescent light. LED bulb, owing to its high brightness, low power consumption, long life and environmental protection, etc., become the preferred alternative to traditional incandescent lamps. However, LED is a directional light source, it needs an effective light distribution pattern to achieve that it converses the small angle of the light into full light.

For the full range of lighting, the U.S. Energy Star made a strict definition, namely: light intensity should be gradual changed in the range of0o-135o vertical angle, the light intensity at any angle in this interval requires intensity value of 80% -120% in this interval average, and at least 5% of the total luminous flux should between 135o-180o.
