An aluminum plate

Methods / steps
1.First use a soldering iron to weld light source of the LED ceiling light in the aluminum plate;
2. the re-lay thermal grease behind the aluminum plate of the LED ceiling light and then put it back the shell of the radiating;
3.Terminal line of the LED ceiling light through the bottom of the housing and then use the soldering to weld the terminal lines on the positive and negative of the aluminum plate;
4. fix the lens on the source of the LED ceiling light
5.Then put the cover and tighten the cover and lens;
6. tighten and assemble the outer ring
7. assemble the packed light body and shell together again;
8.Connect the drive，then the LED ceiling light can normally be used
Precautions
Electrical connection voltage is 220v，make sure power off and then received the voltage
When welding there mustn’t direct cold joint on the aluminum plate and lamp beads of the LED ceiling light, nor the cable and aluminum plate;
The impurities should not in the Lamp beads，otherwise affect the appearance;
The screws can not be screwed too tight in case of slide wire;
Don't fall the LED ceiling light
